Suzuki Signs Josh Creamer for 2010 ATV Motocross Race Team
Suzuki announced the signing of Josh Creamer for the 2010 ATV Motocross Racing team at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show in Long Beach last weekend. Creamer will be joining Dustim Wimmer and racing the Suzuki LTR450. It appears Creamer will not have a bike ready for the first two rounds scheduled for Dec 12th and 13th because the new Quadracer probably won’t be ready by then. Creamer has been steadily moving up in on the national ATV circuits, with his first ATVA Pro-AM championship back in 2005 and 4th overall in the AMA ATV National Motocross Series in 2008, and more recently on the Monster Energy’s Kawasaki KFX450R. The new Suzuki team should prove to be highly competitive for the 2010 season. Significant Advances in ATV Technology, the EUV
There have been some huge advances in technology in the past decade. Many come in the form of electrically powered vehicles at a time when it’s cool to be green. While the advances in batteries have come a long way, they still leave a bit to be desired when it comes to range and life expectancy. Still, there are several aspects of electric vehicles that are not just practical, but they’re also very desirable. An Electric Utility Vehicle (EUV) is one of the venues where an Electric Vehicle (EV) has a clear advantage, especially when it comes to land management. They have enough power and range to perform as well or better than their internal combustion counterparts. As a society moving towards green solutions and less pollution, EUVs provide nearly complete elimination of both noise pollution and air pollution. That is a very important advantage in technology and will clearly be taken advantage of in the decade to come.
